Cover Supervisor with Sport
32.5 hours x 39 weeks per year.
Grade 7 - Pts 11 to 14
Pay: £20,172 - £21,159 (FTE £26,832 - £28,146)
Start date: 20th August 2026
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a passion for sport to join our thriving school community. You'll cover short-term teacher absences across the curriculum and support our strong PE department by delivering practical sessions and running extracurricular sports clubs.

Lutterworth High School is a high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy school. Everything we do is underpinned by our ethos ‘where learning comes first’ and we are proud of our excellent reputation.
Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for weekly staff meetings and training days which you will be required to attend. The post is based on a 32.5 hour salaried working week. Additional hours will be required to support fixtures, after-school clubs and extracurricular sporting activities. These hours will be paid separately on a claims basis.
