Cover Supervisor
32.5 hours x 39 weeks per year
Grade 7 - Pts 11 to 14
Pay: £20,172 - £21,159 (FTE £26,832 - £28,146)
Start date: 20th August 2026
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lutterworth High School. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, supervising students across all subjects and year groups. Your ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage students with pre-set work will ensure our high standards of teaching and learning continue throughout the school.

Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for weekly staff meetings and training days which you will be required to attend.
